Asked: How to grow out layers? :/?

I have fine, blonde hair. So, I went and got layers cut (hoping that it would add body to my hair) and now my hair is so thin!

My hair is about to my armpits, and it looked medium length before. But now with the layers it looks shorter and finer. I don’t want to cut my hair the length of where my layers start ( chin length) because that is way to short for me.

How long will it take for the layers to get past my shoulers? (2-3 inch)

Let it grow out and eventually get it cut again?

Sorry, but you just have to wait. All though you can speed up the process by nourishing your hair by applying coconut oil and try the Macadamia Natural Oil Deep Repair Masque.

Also try hot oil treatments.

4-6 months it depends 🙂

Agghhh I have the same problem too. Layers suck when trying to grow out hair. All you can do is grow it out and keep it healthy. As for growing it 2-3 inches, hair grows about 6 inches a year. But that doesn’t count trims to get off split ends and stuff. I’ll let you do the math:p

lol good luck.
