Asked: My hair is thin and short and never grows, what should i do?

My hair is just past my shoulder by about 2-3 inches. It's so so thin honestly and i have 2 slight bald patches at the front of my head. I always take vitamin b and b complex and vitamin c daily to try help it grow but it doesn't work. I'm 14 btw. I don't use any heat things eg. Hair dryer, straighter. I wash my hair 2-3 days a week and when it gets greasy on the weekend and im not going out i don't wash it. This drags my self confidence down so so much.( i will make another ask about that though) Please please help me!!

Eat vitamins, and always get a trim every month! Shampoo and condition, but don't dry it out

If you want to help your hair grow i recommend a heat protection spray, i use aussie hair insurance, and it helps my hair stay healthy and to protect it from the heat from my blow dryer and straighteners and all that jazz, My hair is the same way as yours and it really helps keep my hair healthier so it can grow!

Hope this helped you!!

You could talk to your hairdresser about this but they seem oblivious to the fact that not everyone has a personal stylist to blowdry their hair in the morning. You could also watch tutorials on youtube to help with having thin hair.
Ive been blessed/ cursed (depends how you see it) with thick hair and trust me people with thick hair have problems too i look like i have a massive bush growing on my head.
Tigi Bedhead are a good hair product, they're quite expensive but you can go on a website called cheapsmells.com and you can get them for quite cheap& they're really worth it, it depends if your parents are cool with buying them though, oh and there are ones for volume!
I wash my hair every other day. I wash it really really good with the shampoo by scrubbing it for about 5 minutes, especially at the roots like by your forehead and your neck because this is where gets greasy the most. And then after i wash it out i apply conditioner but only from half way and down because it weighs down your hair a little, i keep it on for a good 5 minutes then wash it off.
Drying my hair, i have to dry my hair with a hairdryer because it goes wild if i dont… im really lazy when it comes to drying my hair because it takes so long but i usually start with the ends and then do my roots, if you brush your roots in the opposite direction to which they fall while drying it then it lifts the roots. Also with like straightening your hair because its quite thin id use a straightener where you can adjust the heat& not have it over 200'… also only straighten from about 2/3 inches from your roots and down to the tips.
I would totally go to your hair dressers though and tell them you want it to look thicker, the shorter your hair the thicker it will look and they will tell you if you suit short hair or not& might give you some layers or something, also maybe a change of colour would help… blonde hair tends to look more greasy x
