Asked: Upper lip hair is so annoying, and grows back so fast (I’m a girl)?
I have fair (isn) skin, but very dark upper lip hair, and a lot. It's very irritating, because after I bleach it, 3 days later, half of them have grown longer/turned black because of how fast my hair grows. It's so annoying, and I don't want to wax or remove them (long story). What else should I do??

I think you should wax it's the only way that makes it grow back faster. If you keep on waxing after a while the hair take longer to grow back and become finer. Don't use hair removal or hair minimising creams because they smell, not work well, and make the hair grow back thicker

I know it's annoying, every woman have it. Use wax, I know it hurts, but it works really well.
