wash it with rly hot water.hot water makes the wax come off easily. Shampoo it twice to make it all come off. Dont wash ur hair more than once a day.it doesnt help.it causes ur hair to fall, not to grow.

To remove a wax buildup….
1) Apply shampoo to dry hair and lather up.
2) Rinse hair.
3) Shampoo again as one normally does.

You Will Need:
Paper towels

Begin by wetting the hair completely with warm water.
Apply a quality conditioner and work it in with your hands. The conditioner will work to remove the wax.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but from what I understand you can't remove hair relaxers they are permanant and it has to grow out, it you put anything chemical on your hair to remove it, it will be further damaging – I would advise you go to a professional hairdresser and see if they can help.
