Asked: How do I get my hair to grow out quicker?

I have shoulder length, smooth curly hair. I really want it to grow back down to the middle of my back like it was years ago. It seems to grow sooo slowly, maybe like an inch every two months. I was told to trim the dead ends every two weeks, but that doesn't seem to be working. I also use a flat iron a lot, so maybe that has something to do with the slow growth.

Dont use the flat iron. Seriously. It sort of burns your hair, and is particularly the main cause of all this, wait till it grows for that..
And you should shampoo it once every three days, and use a hair conditionner and rinse your hair a lot, if you can try not to brush it right after you wash it, just let it breathe for a while, dry it, then comb it and brush it. Hope it helps

What I do is let my blood flow on the head. Massage your scalp every now and then.
Works quite fast for me.

My opinion, natural. Just wear it down how it is. Don't straighten or curl it cause it just damages it. Try doing nothing and just wearing it down. !
