Asked: Is there any way i can get my hair to grow?
My hair is very damaged, and it grows at a turtle speed. I've had the same length of hair this whole year, and im tired of having short hair. I feel bald. Is there anything i can use, or do to help my hair grow longer?

Get some good conditioner. Leaver it on your hair for a while and just let it sit.
And everyone gets split ends/ dead ends. So you need a trim, or else your hair will start breaking off and end up shorter than it would be if you just trimed it.

Fisrt cut all your split ends , it's the only way to get rid of them
stop washing it frequently because shampoostrip your hair and scalp of their natural oils which makes your scalp freak out and produce more and more which makes you rely more heavily on soaps to clean it. Meanwhile, since your natural oils never get a chance to make it to the ends of your hair, you have to rely on conditioners to soften it and protect it. so wash hair less often
put mayo and honey mask on your hair , it makes it smooth and shiny
you can also try vitamins like Biotin it strengthen hair and grow it faster
