Two part question:

1.I know celebritities have their hair styled daily, but everytime I see pictures of them, they NEVER have gray roots in their hair like I always get and have to cover up. Do they have secrets for keeping the gray away?

2. I amin my 30's and have naturally medium brown hair. I have been coloring to cover gray and it's gone brassy. I want to go even lighter like Jennifer Esposito http://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http

With this hair color, how do I covor grays? My hair grows pretty fast, so the roots are always sprouting up. Thanks!
