Asked: Cheap way to get straight/shiny hair?
What is a cheap to get straight/shiny hair? i'm a guy with very little knowledge about styling stuff, currently my hair is very thick and wavy (common turkish hair) but i wanna get it smooth/straight/thin and im gonna let my hair grow.
I havesomething like this in my mind:

or maybe something emo-ish, not as extreme as real emo, but like zac efron hair with emo hair structure kinda…
How to achieve this? any tips? I'm a total nub -__-

Go to your hairdress and ask how much a Brazilian Blowout would cost x
Straighten your hair and get highlights.
the cheapest way is to iron it straight.
step 1 – wash and condition your hair
step 2 – towel dry your hair
step 3 – apply a good amount of heat protect cream/serum, there are many brands to choose from; my fav is the Loreal elnett spray
step 4 – use a round hairbrush to lift and roll out your hair as you iron it
>> while getting an iron, go for the ceramic plated ones, as opposed to the metallic. The metallic ones burn your hair, they give it a really shiny appearance, and straighten quickly, but the next time you wash your hair, you're left with a frizzy damaged mess.
ceramic plates take a bit longer to straighten, and the end result is a little bit less shiny, but it doesnt damage your hair as much.
However, this is a temporary method, and lasts only till your next wash. So if youre looking for a short term effect, this is the best method. but if you want straight hair everyday, then, getting a permanent treatment at a salon is the best option – not only will it look waay better than anything you can do yourself, it will also last from 6 – 9 months, and come closer to the "emo" look than a temporary ironing.
The only drawback is that these treatments are more expensive, depending on the particular type of straightening and the salon…
however, for 6 months worth of super shiny straight hair, its a pretty good investment!!
Use a good conditioner and serum, I prefer L'Oreal ones, they are great, and give you smooth, shiny and manageable hair but remb if your about to straighten your hair never apply serum rather use a heat spray…
My second option is home made remedies, try Egg white+yogurt, it gives you smooth, shiny, silky and straighter hair and you can apply it twice a week for better results once a week(Depends on your hair actually)
