The back is great and the color is nice, but I think you should fix your bangs, grow them a little longer and don't cut them straight across.

Let ur hair grow!! I honestly absolutely love guys with slightly long hair but not too long and PLEASE not a Justin bieber hair look. Sometimes long hair doesn't suit certain guys but on u I think it'll look real good .
