i have should length hair and a layer by my neck i want to grow it out but i have spilt ends (not a lot but there starting) at the end of the spilt ends or on them i have like white dots??

the white dots ate cpmpletely normal
they are the roots of the split ends
if u want to cover them get a hair dye
care for your hair using quaility shampoo conditioner and hair products
the ends will disapearr in a while
