Asked: Hair wont grow for years!!!!!!!why?
About 8 years ago i got my hair cut by some lady. Since then i have never been possible to grow it out!!! She did some short layers in the front and they wont grow!!! Wh?y im so tired of it i hate it!!!! Ive cutbit short and it always grows to hat length and stops! I hate that my hair ia not even!!! Why???

Everybody's hair stops growing once it reaches a certain length some peoples being able to grow to a length longer or shorter than others. try using shampoos with lots of protein that will hekp it grow an extra inch or two.
