I have hair to about 20cm past my shoulders, and eight months ago i cut it too my shoulders, but ive been growing it out because i wanted really long hair. recently my hair has been bothering me, and im really starting to like short hair. So I've been considering cutting my hair like this:

I have a few questions:
1. What do you think of this hairstyle?
2. Would it suit me since i have an oval face slightly on the rounder side?
3. Is it age appropriate? Im 13
4. Would it look good with dark blonde hair?
5. If i decide to get it cut like this, would a normal hair dresser be able to do it, or should i go to someone a bit more up-market?
6. Should i bring a picture of it in?
