Be patient lol frolic acid helps ur hair and nails grow tremendously.. It’s a vitamin pill not illegal u don’t have to be 18 or anything and u take it once a day and the fish oil in the pill helps ur hair grow fast

You can use Mane & Tail shampoo and conditioner sold at any drug store, about $7 per bottle which is really good considering the size. You can also buy prenatal vitamins and crush them up and put them in your shampoo to help hair growth. My hair is almost down to my butt and grows about an inch or two monthly.

it sounds crazy, but my friends use horse shampoo.
they mix it into their normal shampoo/conditioner and it speeds up the rate of hair growth.
it can be bought at pet stores.
also, avoid using blowdryers, straighteners, and curling irons cause they damage your hair.
