try to wash it once a week may sound gross but trust me and wear it back in a pony tail everyday (when hair is pulled back you lose less hair and it grows faster) never use bleach or heat drink 2 bottles of water a day eat healthy!

The absolute quickest way to make your hair grow fast is to get extensions! But those can be expensive. It won't be as quick as you sound like you want, but definitely being taking better care of your hair! Give it a good trim if you have bad split ends, give it keratin and hot oil treatments, lesson on the heat styling for a little while and BAM- your hair should start growing a little healthier and faster. I just never went back to get my hair cut and I like to wear my hair up a lot so that helped it grow a little quicker. It only took like a couple of months for it to get long.
do not put your hair is a ponytail. please. it will start to cause breakage at the hairline from hair being up to tight and too long… (how did cave woman grow their hair so long and wild? they did nothing to it and did not put it in pontails!) think about the history of women…
but if you truly want to see hair growth.. try using mane n tail shampoo and conditioner (purchased at any reatilers like sallys, walmart etc) it is a product made for horse manes to grow, long, thick and shiny. also afro americans use this product because for every inch the average caucasins hair grow.. theirs grows about a fourth of an inch.. and they see alot of growth using this product for months at a time… and also i speak from personal experience having used this product before)
