Asked: Will biotin pills help me hair grow?
I want to buy some biotin pills for my hair there only 5 so I thought that was quite good but anyway I want to know if they even work before I take them my hair is almost over my collerbone so I really want it to grow. How long does it take for you to notice a change and what are the side effects. Also people have been saying folic pills are better but there nearly 8 and I want to know if they are better or if I'm just wasting my money also the biotin pills are only 300mg will that be too little to see any hair growth please tell me they will work its the only thing I havnt tried and its my last hope
