There are tons of shampoos that claim to help thicken hair but honestly I've tried most of them without really any results. The only one I've used that I liked was Biolage but it didn't do a whole lot. Biotin vitamins or prenatal vitamins (you don't have to be pregnant to take them, it really helps your hair and skin and has no side effects) are your best bet.

Definitely prenatal vitamins. It'll do wonders for your hair, nails, and skin. Don't worry- no bad side effects! If you don't wanna take those then try fish oil pills loaded with omega-3. Eat a lot of protein and greens, too. Get an inch trim about every 3-4 months to maintain your hair's consistency and length. I know you wanna grow it, but this will really help. Good luck!
