Okay so i have frizzy hair thats a little past my boobs. I dont want to use heat and damage my hair casue i want it to grow. I was hoping over night it would look gorgeous and soft and silky. And for it to grow super super fast!! Any suggestions?? I heard drying your hair with an old tshirt. What should i do in the shower so it gets silky and soft but also grows once it dries?? Brush your hair in the shower while you have conditioner on and then when you get out pat your hair dry and use some argan oil to smooth down the frizz. Mine is called pro naturals and I ordered it online but it was so worth it, I never leave the house without using that stuff first. It helps a lot. Its not greasy or anything and it smells good. After that you can do whatever you want with your hair.

First off you should buy a good shampoo and conditioner that say on the bottle that is is good for frizzy hair! when you get out of the shower run your brush through your hair several times! the most important thing is to remember not to put it up when its wet or it could cause kinks or wavy hair. as your hair is still wet and some what straight, spray * FRIZZ-EASE * from the John Frieda collection on your hair!.. this should work. if if doesnt i suggest asking your hair dresser what they think you should do!

Don't mean to dash your hopes or anything, but nothing ever changes overnight. However, there are a lot of things you can do to make your hair healthy and excelerate growth over time.

1. Oil treatments! Coconut and olive oils are really good for your hair, help repair split ends and combat dryness. Saturate your hair with the oil, wrap your head in plastic or a shower cap, and blast it with your blow dryer for a while (heat opens up the hair shaft and allows the oil to penetrate deeper; this won't damage your hair.)

2. Try applying a small amount of conditioner to the ends of your hair after towel drying. This will help with frizz.

3. There are half a million hair treatment recipes on the internet that might help. Do your research!

4. Vitamins! Hair grows from the inside out and nothing you put on your hair will stimulate hair growth from the follicle. Prenatal vitamins and Biotin are both pretty cheap, and I've heard they do absolute wonders with excelerating the growth of both hair and nails.
