Asked: How to stimulate more hair growth?

My hair seems to stop growing at a certain point ( just below the back of my bra) and I take really food care if it. Vitamins, massages, drinking water, washing it every third day, etc) but it just stays there. Could it be genetic or is there something more I can do to stimulate it? I’d like it about 4 inches longer, and once it gets going it takes off. So! Suggestions?

Your hair grows from the root, not the ends. Be sure you’re treating and conditioning your roots and scalp very well to promote growth. The ends are going to split as your hair grows. Keep them trimmed by a professional as needed. Your hair care professional can let you know how often is enough for a trim. Also, how often do you wash your hair? Unless you have super oily hair, washing it every day is damagingand drying to the roots and ends. If possible, use dry shampoo and washing your hair every other day …or less often if possible. Be sure to drink plenty of water for hydration because a dehydrated body will affect your hair and it’s growth.
