Asked: Can i grow a tail…?
I had surgery on the back of my head. it's like 3 inches long. bottom of my head very close to the back of my neck. That certain spot doesn't grow hair anymore bcs of the scar. I want to grow a rat tail again for the fun of it. Will i be able to?
