Asked: Omg I heard that waxing makes the blonde, not noticable hairs grow in darker?
I read that if you wax or pluck your eyebrows you also take out the little blonde hairs that aren't noticable and it makes them grow back darker making your eyebrows seem worse when it starts growing back in. Is that true?? D:

I don't think that is true. It usually makes it grow back finer and lighter.
