At the moment my hair is a dark blonde. I was thinking of dying it a lighter shade.
Will it look weird when my hair grows back and some if it is light and some is dark?

It depends on how intense and different the colors are. I think the two lighter shades will be okay on each other once they grow out!

It will only look weird if you don't touch up the roots. I have to dye my roots every 8-10 weeks but some people have to do it more frequently it just depends on how fast your hair grows and how big of a color difference it is.
