Well, this is going to take a while. I am not sure if this will help and how fast (im assuming like maybe 2 weeks) but maybe Rogaine? Otherwise just wear a hat. Or find another girl that likes short hair. By the way, make sure it is the hair, because these girls may not like you for another reason. Just make sure.

The speed at which hair grows back differs per person and, as far as I know, you can't influence it in any way. The only thing you can do is be patient and wait.

there is no real way to speed hair growth, but eating healthy is a way to help it. you just have to let it grow. Try not to be to stressed, being stressed over it wont help.
