i have thin hair and i would like to know if taking B complex vitamins will help grow hair i also have acne which i heard B vitamins will help so wondering if it would help my hair as well

You can buy it at Walmart or the Dollar General for about $4 (It smells AMAZING!).
There is also some anti-heat products that you can purchase. You basically just put them in your hair before you straighten it and they prevent damage.
