Asked: How to grow long, healthy, and curly hair?

When i was little my hair was very thick and curly, i used to wear it out or natural all the time. i am actually mixed with black and korean. as i got older i used to get my hair washed and straightened every other week at the hair salon and thats usually all i did with it. Even though i only got it straightened, it was still very long and healthy. a few summers ago i used to go swimming in my pool almost everyday and i noticed after shampooing and rinsing out the chlorine, my hair started to fall out. It became very damage and broken off. Later on i got a really good hair straightener and i straightened my hair very often, probably almost everyday and it got even worse. Recently i started taking biotin to help get my hair healthy again. (about 3 months ago) it is still very slow at growing. but stronger and i try to straighten it less often. I want my hair to grow really long and i would love to wear it curly again but it gets very puffy and gets a lot of shrinkage that doesn't look good on me. I need some tips on growing my hair so that it is long, really healthy and curly again. Please help!

I wont lie, I cant help with the curly part but I will help with the other two

To help you hair growth there are a few(simple) things you can do
1) stimulation(scalp massage, just flipping your head upside down)
2) Caring for it, stop damaging it(i know it can be hard) consider a weekly hair mask( if you hair is really bad consider 2 a week) deep conditioning and other hair treatments(such as hot oil.)
3) Eat healthy, be sure to get lots of protein and omega-3.
4) cut off any split ends if you havn't already.
