Try not cutting it

Don't damage your hair. Let it dry naturally, don't curl or straighten it, deep condition it (leave conditioner in your hair for an hour before washing it off) once or twice a week, massage your scalp (roots of your hair) with argon oil or coconut oil (make sure you use hair products not just any oil) every two or three days, as the oil is great for your hair and massaging it encourages your hair to grow. Try not to wash your hair every day, only when it gets greasy like every two days or three days (after you use the oil stuff, as you will need to wash it out)
Apart from that, be patient, it isn't a fast process and takes time, but these tips should speed it up s bit.

Here are a few tips
Avoid strong heat from flat irons or blow dryers

You can use Spring Valley Hair and Nail supplements which helps hair and nails grow you should start from one pill and slowly increase the dosage.

Keep your scalp and hair moist, you can use extra virgin olive oil.

Wear protective hair styles such as braids, pin ups etc.

Avoid rubber bands with the metal part, it can break your hair.

Avoid wearing your hair tightly

Wash your hair once or twice a week along with a conditioner or you can co-wash your hair (meaning wash with water and only condition)

You can choose whether to see a hair stylist who can help with your damaged hair and get treatments, but if you are one that doesn't like to get your ends clip I suggest you do not go to a hair stylist. (they sometimes end up cutting all the hair because of damage)

If you are a person that wears weave, wear a sew-in for as long as 3 months the longest because any longer can cause your hair to shed.

Just remember treat your hair every other month to ensure your hair stays healthy.

Im trying to do that too!! Here are some tips i do, take biotin it makes your hair and nails grow you can get it at walmart or target under $10, try to hardly use heat product, use organic shampoo- its healthier and easier on you hair because regular shampoo strips your hair of itsthe natural oils, do at home oil treatments- what i do is mix and egg yolk with coconut oil (it promotes hair growth) and leave it on my hair for 30the min, it soumds gross but its crazy how soft and healthier your hair will be, (there are other oil treatments just loook up "hair growth mask diy" on google, give yourself scalp massages because it increases blood flow to your head and that will make your hair grow. Hope this helped, i have doing research lately on how to grow out my hair and this is all the things i found out! Good luck on your hair growth!!
